Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Freshwater Lures (due to hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
Return & Exchange Process
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
