Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, Freshwater Lures are non-returnable. Additionally, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
